The hotel was immaculate and probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, with first-class amenities. The rooms, while on the small side, were very clean, nicely decorated, and had a spotless bathroom. The service was extremely helpful and accommodating, despite being busy. The location is perfect for exploring Tunbridge Wells, tucked away on the common and beautifully furnished. The dining experience was generous and tasty, though there were some issues with the eggs. The facilities were top-notch, adding to a great stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and the air conditioning made it super comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, but the room was a bit small, making it challenging to move around with our luggage.
